Marvel’s Rejected Logo Designs for ‘Iron Man’

We often see behind-the-scenes footage and character sketches of our favorite comic book films, but rarely see rejected logo designs.

 

Here is a sneak peak of the movie titles from 2008’s Iron Man that did not make the cut.

 

These are design concepts made by the film’s VFX supervisor Fede Ponce, which were recently published in his interview with Film Sketchr.

 

According to Ponce, “the movie in essence is about redemption, about being broken and being re-born. So the main title had all those elements in it.”
