Ever had those days when you needed a band aid for a small scratch? Or did have you had those moments when you forgot to put deodorant before coming to class? Those are the exact reasons why you should come up with your own emergency kit for school. Start by curating things that you think you might need, like extra pairs of socks, underwear, lint roller,  body spray, etc, in a small bag you can keep in your back pack or locker. That way, you won’t have to endure those embarrassing moments when people notice you forgot to wear deodorant. Trust us, it helps a lot. You can find out what other things you can put in your school survival kit here.

2.       Start transitioning back to early bed and wake up times

We all know that late night Netflix marathons totally ruined your body clock, so start working on getting your sleep cycle back to how it should be. Begin by sleeping an hour earlier from you usual sleeping time and move back until you’ve reached your ideal sleep and wake up times. Make sure that you have about eight hours of sleep every night so you can give your body enough time to recharge before you face another school day.

3.       Plan out your outfits

To avoid panicking on your first day back in school, (or even on the next couple of days)  plan the outfit the you will be wearing. Gather each outfit neatly and put all the pieces together, so it would be easier for you to grab them. This way, you don’t have to wake up extra early in the morning just so you can come up with a decent look. Enjoy your extra few minutes of slumber!

4.       Redesign your work space
